Ten Things that Have Guided My Designer Side Up Until Now

So what inspires my design as a first year?
In theory hour first semester, we learned about an organization that creates Play Pumps for kids to play on and at the same time, generates energy to pump fresh water for the villages.

When I was in the 7th grade, my family and I went to Cancun. The marketplaces were fantastic and so colorful, very memorable.

Boston, Massachusetts, sigh.....my family and I took a road trip to see my cousin graduate in NY and we had the opportunity to take a day in Boston as well. As soon as I got out of the car, it feel like a home. Every inch of the city is magnificant, treasured and timeless.

Hearts in nature. I keep heart rocks from places that make sense to me and feel right....where I leave a portion of my "heart" or thoughts.

Monticello first year IARC trip---got a heart rock from there!

The beach on every occasion

My promise ring from my boyfriend Ian. We are both very creative and it only made sense that he bought me a creative ring. Here we are on Valentine's Day 2009.

Once was my home in Grand Cayman, B.W.I.---the colors are far too crazy to forget

My missions trip to New Orleans in junior year was amazing. I was able to see homes built to bring love and life back to victims of the disaster.

shoes

Ikea....need I say more??! Try this chair, you will never question people's obsession thereafter.

shoes with causes are even better
